Acceptance
These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of Seven, a service provided by Seven Technologies, Inc. ("Seven," "we," "us," or "our"). By using Seven, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
The Service
Seven is a private assistant experience in limited testing. It helps users manage delegated tasks, approvals, connected accounts, and generated work. Seven may use third party services, APIs, cloud infrastructure, and AI model providers to operate the service.
Your Account
You are responsible for the information you provide, the actions you approve, and activity under your account. You must keep credentials secure and notify us if you believe your account has been compromised.
Connected Services
Seven may allow you to connect services such as Google Workspace. You control whether to grant or revoke permissions. By connecting a third party account, you authorize Seven to access and process that account's data only as needed to provide the features you request and as described in the Privacy Policy.
User Content and AI Output
You retain your rights to content you submit to Seven. You grant Seven the limited rights needed to host, process, transmit, display, and generate output from that content for the purpose of providing the service.
AI-generated output may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable for a particular purpose. You are responsible for reviewing output before relying on it, sharing it, or approving actions.
Acceptable Use
You may not use Seven to:
- Violate laws, regulations, third party rights, or platform policies.
- Send spam, phishing, malware, or deceptive communications.
- Access data you do not have permission to access.
- Interfere with, reverse engineer, or abuse the service or its infrastructure.
- Use the service for high-risk decisions without appropriate human review.
Subscriptions and Payments
Some features may require a paid subscription. Pricing, billing intervals, renewal terms, cancellation options, and refund rules will be presented where subscriptions are offered.
Service Changes
We may update, suspend, or discontinue parts of Seven as the product changes. We will try to provide reasonable notice when changes materially affect active users.
Disclaimers
Seven is provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted or error-free operation.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Seven Technologies, Inc. and its officers, directors, employees, contractors, agents, affiliates, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, or business interruption arising from your use of the service.
Termination
You may stop using Seven at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, create risk for other users, or use the service in a way that may cause legal, security, or operational harm.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the date above and provide notice when appropriate. Continued use of Seven after the updated Terms take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
