This Privacy Policy explains how Seven Technologies, Inc. ("Seven," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, discloses, stores, and otherwise processes personal information in connection with our website, mobile application, AI assistant, agent workflows, generated interfaces, integrations, and related products and services (collectively, the "Services").
Seven is a consumer AI assistant that helps users delegate tasks, manage projects, generate task-specific interfaces, and review or approve actions that the assistant prepares or takes on the user's behalf. Because Seven may process sensitive information, such as task instructions, files, emails, calendar events, connected-account data, credentials you choose to save, device context, and other personal content you choose to provide, we aim to be clear about how your information is handled.
Your use of the Services is subject to this Privacy Policy and our Terms of Service. This Privacy Policy is not a contract and does not create rights or obligations beyond those provided by law. If you do not agree with this Privacy Policy, please do not use the Services.
1. Who We Are
The Services are operated by:
Seven Technologies, Inc.
Address: 2810 N Church St STE 88613, Wilmington, DE 19802
Privacy Contact:
support@sevenapp.ai
Support Contact:
support@sevenapp.ai
For purposes of applicable privacy laws, Seven Technologies, Inc. is generally the controller of personal information collected through the Services, except where we process information on behalf of another organization under a separate agreement.
2. Information We Collect
The categories of personal information we collect depend on how you interact with us. We collect information you provide directly, information generated through your use of Seven, information from connected services you authorize, information collected automatically, and information from limited third-party sources.
2.1 Account and Profile Information
When you create or use an account, we may collect your name, email address, display name, user identifier, account preferences, assistant profile, subscription or billing status, workspace access token metadata, and communications with us. Seven may use sign-in or account information from identity providers if you choose to authenticate that way. If you sign in through a third-party identity provider, we do not receive your password for that service.
2.2 User Content and Task Information
When you use Seven, you may provide or generate messages, prompts, questions, instructions, task descriptions, project details, files, documents, screenshots, images, audio recordings, attachments, notes, preferences, checklists, forms, budgets, itineraries, generated-interface content, drafts, approvals, edits, selections, rejections, feedback, and other task-related content. We refer to this information as "User Content."
2.3 Connected Account Data
Seven may allow you to connect third-party services such as Gmail, Google Calendar, Google Docs, Google Drive, browser or file tools, and other accounts or services we support. We access connected accounts only when you authorize us and only for the purposes described to you.
Depending on the integrations you enable, we may process email metadata and content, email attachments, draft messages, calendar event titles, descriptions, invitees, locations, times, availability, document and file names, file contents, file metadata, folders, authentication tokens, permission records, connection status, and records of actions prepared, approved, rejected, or completed by Seven through connected services. We do not access connected-account data unless you authorize the connection and the access is necessary to provide features you request.
2.4 Agent Activity and Approval Data
To help you supervise AI-assisted work, we collect and store information about agent activity, including tasks created or delegated, steps the assistant takes or proposes, generated plans, intermediate outputs, status updates, tools or integrations used, approval requests shown to you, actions you approve, reject, edit, cancel, or complete, audit logs, error messages, failures, retries, and system events. This information provides task history, accountability, safety, debugging, and user control.
2.5 Device, Usage, and Technical Information
When you use the Services, we and our service providers may automatically collect device and network information, such as device type, operating system, app version, browser type, language, time zone, IP address, and device or installation identifiers; usage and interaction information, such as screens, features, task types, generated interfaces, approval controls, files, and links you interact with; approximate location derived from IP address; and diagnostic information, such as logs, timestamps, crash-related diagnostics, request IDs, performance data, and error reports.
If you enable optional device features, Seven may process device location for local context, device contacts you choose to make available for recipient, scheduling, or task context, camera or photo-library content you choose to attach, microphone audio you record for voice messages or transcription, and local biometric verification results for sensitive approvals or credential access. Seven does not receive your raw Face ID, Touch ID, fingerprint, or biometric template from your device. The app may send a record that a biometric or device authentication check succeeded, failed, was skipped, and the general method used.
2.6 Payment and Subscription Information
If Seven offers paid features or subscriptions, payments may be processed by Apple, Google Play, RevenueCat, or another payment provider or app marketplace. We do not receive or store your full payment card number. We may receive subscription status, app-user or customer identifiers, entitlement identifiers, plan identifiers, billing status, renewal, cancellation, expiration, refund, or billing-issue events, and related transaction metadata needed to activate and manage Seven.
2.7 Communications and Support Information
If you contact us, join a waitlist, submit feedback, participate in research, open a support case, or respond to surveys, we may collect your name and contact information, the contents of your messages, support request details, feedback and survey responses, diagnostic context you choose to include, and records of our communications with you.
Support features may allow you to consent to share task transcripts, files, or runtime logs with Seven for troubleshooting. Support sharing is optional, can be scoped, is logged, and may expire or be revoked.
2.8 Cookies and Similar Technologies
As of the effective date above, Seven's public website is a simple static site and does not use non-essential tracking cookies, advertising pixels, session replay, keystroke tracking, or mouse-movement tracking. Our hosting providers may process ordinary server logs and technical request information to deliver and secure the website.
The mobile app uses local device storage, mobile SDKs, and similar technologies for core functionality, authentication, caching, notifications, preferences, and diagnostics. You can control many device permissions through your device settings; disabling them may affect how the Services function.
2.9 Sensitive Information
Because Seven can process content you provide or accounts you connect, information we process may include sensitive information, such as health, financial, biometric-verification, precise-location, credential, or other sensitive matters contained in your prompts, files, emails, calendar events, documents, attachments, saved credentials, or device context. Seven is not designed as a health, medical, financial, or legal service, and we process such information only to provide the features you request, protect the Services, comply with law, and as otherwise described in this Policy.
2.10 Information From Other Sources
We may receive personal information about you from limited additional sources, including identity providers, connected services you authorize, app marketplaces and payment processors, service providers that perform services on our behalf, and other users who include your information in content they direct Seven to process, such as an email recipient, meeting attendee, contact, or shared file collaborator. We may also derive limited inferences or preferences from the information described in this Policy to improve and personalize the Services. Seven does not obtain personal information from advertising partners.
3. How We Use Information
We use information to provide, operate, secure, improve, and personalize the Services. We aim to collect and use only the information reasonably necessary for these purposes.
3.1 Provide the Services
We use information to create, authenticate, and manage accounts; understand and respond to requests; create and manage tasks, projects, workflows, approvals, artifacts, files, and generated interfaces; prepare AI-generated drafts, plans, recommendations, summaries, and outputs; execute or prepare actions you request through connected services; maintain task history, project state, user preferences, and user controls; provide customer support; verify your identity; and confirm your entitlement to the Services.
3.2 Operate AI and Agent Features
Seven uses artificial intelligence systems and agent workflows to process your instructions and produce outputs. This may involve sending relevant User Content, task information, connected-account data, files, audio, device context, or other context to AI model providers, model gateway providers, cloud infrastructure providers, and other service providers that help us operate the Services.
We use these systems to interpret requests; plan multi-step tasks; generate responses, summaries, drafts, forms, tables, and user interfaces; transcribe audio; extract relevant information from documents, emails, calendar events, files, websites, or other connected data; prepare proposed actions for your review and approval; execute approved actions within the permissions you grant; and improve reliability, security, safety, and task completion.
3.3 How Seven Acts on Your Behalf
Seven's agents can help with actions such as browsing, research, drafting messages, organizing information, filling forms, scheduling, creating calendar events, preparing purchases, comparing options, using credentials you choose to save, or interacting with services you connect. Seven acts only within the permissions you grant.
Actions we designate as sensitive, such as sending communications, spending money, making purchases, booking services, submitting forms, using or changing saved credentials, modifying important account information, or changing security settings, require explicit in-app approval before they occur. Some sensitive approvals may also require local device authentication, such as Face ID, Touch ID, fingerprint, or device passcode.
We maintain task logs so you can review what the assistant did, what it prepared, what it is waiting on, and what actions you approved, rejected, or edited. You can pause or stop a task, disconnect integrations, remove saved credentials, and revoke permissions through the app or through the relevant third-party provider's security settings where available.
3.4 Personalization and Memory
If enabled, Seven may remember preferences, context, recurring tasks, prior projects, assistant profile details, and other information to make the Services more useful and to recognize you when you return. You may be able to update or delete certain saved information through your account settings or by contacting us.
3.5 Safety, Security, and Abuse Prevention
We use information to detect, prevent, investigate, and respond to fraud, abuse, spam, security incidents, unauthorized access, and policy violations; debug errors and maintain reliability; protect users, third parties, and Seven; enforce our Terms of Service and other policies; establish, exercise, or defend legal claims; maintain audit logs, security records, and system integrity; and secure credentials and connected-account access.
3.6 Product Improvement and Analytics
We may use aggregated, de-identified, anonymized, or limited usage information to understand how Seven is used, improve the user experience, fix bugs, develop new features, measure performance and reliability, conduct internal research, and evaluate and improve safety, accuracy, and task-completion quality. Where required, we will seek consent before using personal information for purposes that require consent.
3.7 Communications
We may use your information to send service-related messages; respond to questions or support requests; send onboarding messages, product updates, security notices, and administrative notices; and, where permitted by law, send marketing communications you can opt out of. Service-related push notifications may include task status, approval prompts, reminders, or brief content snippets needed to identify the relevant task. Depending on your device settings, push notifications may be visible on your lock screen or notification center. As of the effective date above, Seven does not use SMS marketing.
3.8 Legal Compliance and Other Purposes
We may use information to comply with applicable laws, regulations, legal processes, government requests, tax obligations, accounting requirements, and enforceable legal rights; to facilitate business transactions and reorganizations; and to fulfill any other purpose for which you provide the information or to which you consent.
4. AI Processing and Model Training
Seven uses third-party AI model providers and related AI services to power the assistant. Current material AI processing components include OpenClaw as the per-user agent runtime, LiteLLM as the model gateway, the model providers configured behind Seven's LiteLLM deployment for assistant tasks, and OpenAI for audio transcription when voice transcription is used. Depending on the features you use, these providers and processors may process messages and prompts, task instructions, uploaded files or excerpts, email or calendar content relevant to a task you request, connected-account data needed to complete a user-directed task, generated outputs, tool-use context, audio recordings submitted for transcription, and error or diagnostic information.
We limit what is sent to AI providers to what is reasonably necessary for the requested task. These providers process information as our service providers or processors under terms intended to restrict their use of your data.
Our commitments regarding your data and AI training:
- We do not sell your User Content, connected-account data, email content, calendar content, files, saved credentials, or task content.
- We do not use Google user data to train generalized artificial intelligence or machine-learning models.
- We do not use your personal information, User Content, or connected-account data to train generalized artificial intelligence or machine-learning models.
- We do not permit our third-party AI providers to use your personal information, User Content, or connected-account data to train their generalized models.
- We may use aggregated, de-identified, or anonymized information to evaluate and improve the reliability, safety, and performance of the Services, provided it cannot reasonably be used to identify you.
If we introduce an optional feature that uses your personal information differently, we will clearly describe it and obtain consent where required before it applies to your data. We may change AI providers over time; if a change materially affects how your data is handled, we will update this Privacy Policy and provide notice where required.
5. Google API and Connected Account Data
This section applies if you connect Google services, such as Gmail, Google Calendar, Google Docs, or Google Drive, to Seven.
Seven's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
5.1 Access
We access only the Google data you explicitly authorize through Google's OAuth consent screen. Seven currently requests these Google OAuth scopes:
openidemailprofilehttps://www.googleapis.com/auth/gmail.modifyhttps://www.googleapis.com/auth/gmail.sendhttps://www.googleapis.com/auth/calendar.eventshttps://www.googleapis.com/auth/calendar.calendarlist.readonlyhttps://www.googleapis.com/auth/documentshttps://www.googleapis.com/auth/drive
These scopes allow Seven to identify the connected Google account; read, organize, draft, and send Gmail messages at your instruction; read and create or update Google Calendar events; work with Google Docs; and search, access, download, or use Google Drive files for tasks you request.
5.2 Use
We use Google user data solely to provide or improve user-facing features of Seven that you request or authorize. For example, we may use Google user data to read emails you ask Seven to summarize, organize, draft replies to, or act on; prepare email drafts for your approval; send approved emails through your Gmail account; create, edit, or suggest calendar events you request; check availability or scheduling conflicts; access files or documents you ask Seven to use in a task; create, read, or append Google Docs at your instruction; and display task history, progress, generated interfaces, artifacts, and approval controls.
We do not use Google user data for advertising. We do not use Google user data to determine creditworthiness or for lending purposes. We do not use Google user data to train generalized artificial intelligence or machine-learning models.
5.3 Storage
Seven stores encrypted OAuth access and refresh tokens so your Google integration can remain connected. We also store connection metadata such as provider name, connected account label, external account identifier, scopes, token expiration time, status, and timestamps. Seven syncs the credentials needed for Google Workspace tasks to your private per-user runtime environment so the assistant can use the seven-google helper for Gmail, Calendar, Docs, and Drive tasks.
Seven may store task-specific Google data when needed to provide the Services, including excerpts, summaries, drafts, message metadata, document or file metadata, generated artifacts, approval records, task events, and user-visible task history. Seven may temporarily materialize files, attachments, or downloaded Google Drive content in your private runtime workspace when needed for a task. Seven does not bulk-import or store full Gmail inboxes, full Google Drive accounts, or full calendar histories for their own sake.
5.4 Sharing
We do not sell Google user data. We do not transfer Google user data to third parties except as necessary to provide or improve user-facing features you request; to AI providers, cloud providers, and other service providers acting on our behalf and subject to appropriate restrictions consistent with the Limited Use requirements; to comply with applicable law, legal process, or enforceable government request; to protect security, prevent abuse, or investigate unauthorized activity; or in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, or sale of assets, with appropriate safeguards and notice where required by law.
5.5 Human Access
Our personnel do not read your Google user data except with your explicit consent, such as a support case where you choose to share relevant task transcripts, files, or runtime logs; where necessary for security, abuse, fraud, or policy investigations; or where necessary to comply with law or legal process. Support access is logged and scoped to the information you choose to share where the support tooling supports scoping.
5.6 Revocation
You can disconnect Google integrations through Seven's available account or connection settings, or by revoking Seven's access through your Google account permissions page. If we change how we use Google user data, we will update this Privacy Policy and obtain any required consent before using the data for a new purpose.
6. How We Share Information
We do not sell your personal information. We do not share your connected-account data, User Content, email content, calendar content, files, saved credentials, or task content for cross-context behavioral advertising. We may disclose information only as follows.

Current material service providers and infrastructure components include Fly.io for API and per-user runtime infrastructure, a managed Postgres database, LiteLLM for model gateway services, model providers configured behind LiteLLM, OpenClaw for agent runtime behavior, OpenAI for voice transcription, Expo for push notification delivery, RevenueCat for subscription events, Apple and Google app marketplaces for app distribution or billing where applicable, Vercel for website hosting, and Google APIs for connected Google services. These providers may process information only as needed to provide services to us and under contractual restrictions.
6.2 Third-Party Integrations You Authorize
When you connect a third-party service, we may share information with that service as needed to complete your requested actions. For example, if you approve sending an email, Seven may send the approved message through Gmail; if you approve creating a calendar event, Seven may send the event to Google Calendar; if you ask Seven to work with a document or file, Seven may access, create, or update the file through Google Docs or Google Drive. Your use of third-party services is also governed by those services' own terms and privacy policies.
6.3 Third Parties You Direct
When you instruct or approve Seven to act, information needed for that action may be shared with the recipient or service involved. For example, if you approve submitting a form, making a booking, sending a message, using a credential, or sharing a file, the relevant information will be provided to the third party necessary to complete that task.
6.4 Legal, Safety, and Security Reasons
We may disclose information where reasonably necessary to comply with law, legal process, government requests, or enforceable legal obligations; establish, exercise, or defend legal claims; enforce our Terms of Service or other policies; protect the rights, privacy, safety, or property of Seven, users, or others; detect, prevent, or address fraud, abuse, spam, security issues, or technical problems; or respond to emergencies or prevent harm.
6.5 Corporate Transactions
If Seven is involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, bankruptcy, sale of assets, or similar transaction, personal information may be disclosed or transferred as part of that transaction. We will take reasonable steps to ensure any successor entity handles personal information consistent with this Privacy Policy or provides notice of material changes.
6.6 With Your Consent or Direction
We may disclose personal information to other third parties with your consent or at your direction.
6.7 Aggregated or De-Identified Information
We may share aggregated, anonymized, or de-identified information that cannot reasonably be used to identify you for analytics, research, reporting, product improvement, or other lawful purposes.
7. We Do Not Sell Personal Information or Use It for Targeted Advertising
We do not sell your personal information, email content, calendar content, files, task content, saved credentials, or connected-account data. We do not use your connected-account data, User Content, or other personal information for targeted advertising or cross-context behavioral advertising, and we do not share it with advertising networks for those purposes.
If our practices ever change in a way that requires an opt-out right under applicable law, we will update this Privacy Policy, provide the required choices, and obtain consent where required.
8. Data Retention
We retain personal information only as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, including providing the Services, maintaining security, complying with legal obligations, resolving disputes, enforcing agreements, and supporting legitimate business needs.
Retention varies by data type:
- Account information: retained while your account is active.
- Task history, User Content, project surfaces, approvals, and generated interfaces: retained while your account is active, unless you delete the information where deletion controls are available or request deletion.
- Connected-account data: retained only as needed to provide requested features, maintain task state, display relevant history, or support user-approved workflows.

- Uploaded files and task attachments: retained while associated with your account, task history, support case, or runtime workspace, unless deleted or de-identified as part of account deletion or cleanup.
- Support case materials: retained while needed to handle support and maintain audit records. User-authorized support sharing may expire or be revoked.
- Logs, security records, diagnostics, and audit records: retained for a limited period as needed for security, debugging, abuse prevention, reliability, and legal obligations.
- Payment and transaction records: retained as required for accounting, tax, legal, and dispute-resolution purposes.
When you delete information or close your account, we delete or de-identify personal information within 90 days, unless retention is required or permitted for legal, accounting, tax, security, fraud-prevention, backup, or legitimate business reasons. Where deletion is not immediately possible, such as information stored in backups, we will securely isolate it from active processing until deletion or de-identification is possible.
9. Your Privacy Choices and Controls
Depending on available features, you may be able to access, update, or delete account information; delete tasks, projects, messages, files, saved credentials, or other User Content; disconnect third-party integrations and revoke app permissions through the relevant third-party provider; delete saved preferences or memory; request a copy of your data; request correction of inaccurate data; or request deletion of your account and associated data.
If in-app account deletion is not available in your build of Seven, you can request account deletion by contacting us at support@sevenapp.ai. We may verify your identity before fulfilling certain requests, and we may not be able to modify or delete information in all circumstances.
You can opt out of promotional emails using the unsubscribe link in those messages. You cannot opt out of service-related messages, such as account, transaction, or security notices. You can disable push notifications in your device settings. Where we rely on your consent, you may withdraw it at any time; this does not affect processing already carried out. You can use browser and device settings to limit cookies, permissions, and similar technologies.
10. International Data Transfers
We and our service providers may process and store information in the United States and other countries where our service providers operate. Seven's production API and per-user runtime infrastructure are configured for Fly.io, including the iad region by default, and the public website at sevenapp.ai is hosted by Vercel. These locations may have data-protection laws that differ from those in your country.
For transfers from the European Economic Area, United Kingdom, or Switzerland, we rely on appropriate safeguards recognized under applicable law, which may include adequacy decisions, Standard Contractual Clauses, or the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework where applicable to a particular provider. You may contact us for more information about the safeguards we use.
11. Security
We use reasonable technical, administrative, and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal information against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, alteration, or disclosure, and we take steps designed to ensure third parties with whom we share information provide a similar level of protection.
These safeguards may include encryption in transit, access controls, least-privilege practices, authentication and authorization controls, secure storage of OAuth tokens and credentials, request logging with sensitive-field redaction, isolation of per-user agent execution environments, private networking for user runtimes, encrypted storage for selected content fields and files where configured, audit logs, and operational controls.
OAuth tokens are encrypted using AES-256-GCM before storage when connection token encryption is configured. Selected Seven content, including task prompts, task event payloads, approvals, artifacts, file contents, project content, project surfaces, and credential metadata, can be encrypted at the application layer using per-user derived keys when Seven content encryption is configured. Saved credential secrets are stored as ciphertext. No system is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and connected accounts. Please notify us immediately at support@sevenapp.ai if you believe your account has been compromised. If a security incident affecting your personal information occurs, we will provide notice to you and regulators as required by law.
12. Human Review
Seven operates primarily through automated systems and user-controlled interfaces. Human review of User Content, saved credentials, or connected-account data is limited. Our personnel may access or review such data only when you request support and provide permission; to investigate security, abuse, fraud, or policy violations; to comply with legal obligations; to debug or improve the Services using appropriately limited or de-identified information where feasible; or with your explicit consent. We do not allow human review of Google user data except as described in Section 5 and as permitted by applicable Google API policies.
13. Automated Processing
We use automated systems to plan and prepare tasks and to generate outputs and interfaces. Actions we designate as sensitive require your explicit in-app approval before they take effect, keeping a human, you, in control of consequential decisions. To the extent any of our processing constitutes automated decision-making or profiling under applicable law, we do not use it to make decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects about you without meaningful human involvement. You may contact us with questions about automated processing.
14. Children's Privacy
The Services are not intended for, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from, children under 18. If you are under 18, you may not use the Services. If we learn we have collected personal information from a child under 18 without appropriate consent, we will take reasonable steps to delete it. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, contact us at support@sevenapp.ai.
15. Your Privacy Rights and Region-Specific Disclosures
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to processing of your personal information; to data portability; to withdraw consent; to opt out of certain uses or disclosures; and to lodge a complaint with a data-protection authority. To exercise your rights, contact us at support@sevenapp.ai. We may verify your identity before responding, and certain requests may be limited where permitted by law.
15.1 European Economic Area, United Kingdom, and Switzerland

You are not required to provide personal information, but some is necessary to provide the Services. If you do not provide it, we may be unable to offer certain features.
Retention criteria: We determine retention periods based on the relevant legal basis, the duration of our relationship with you, applicable statutes of limitation, and our legal obligations. We may apply a legal hold to retain information where we face an actual or threatened legal claim. See Section 8 for retention by data type.
International transfers: See Section 10. We rely on adequacy decisions, Standard Contractual Clauses, or the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework where applicable.
Your rights: Subject to applicable law, you may have the right to access your personal information and information about its processing; receive a portable copy; rectify inaccurate or incomplete information; restrict processing; object to processing based on legitimate interests and to direct marketing at any time; withdraw consent; and request erasure.
Submitting requests: Contact support@sevenapp.ai. To verify your identity, we may require sufficient information to match our records and to confirm you are interacting with us from the EEA, UK, or Switzerland.
Complaints: You may lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority, for example, the European Data Protection Board members, the UK Information Commissioner's Office, or the Swiss FDPIC. We would appreciate the chance to address your concerns first.
15.2 California Residents
This section applies to California residents to the extent required by applicable California privacy law.
Categories of personal information we may collect: identifiers; customer records information; commercial information; internet or electronic network activity; approximate and, if enabled, device-provided location information; audio, electronic, visual, or similar information you provide; professional or employment-related information if you provide it; inferences; and sensitive personal information if you choose to provide it in User Content, saved credentials, connected-account data, or device context.
Sources, purposes, and recipients: sources are described in Section 2; purposes in Sections 3 and 4; and categories of recipients in Section 6.
Sale or sharing: We do not sell personal information, do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising, and do not use connected-account data for targeted advertising.

Your rights: Subject to applicable law, California residents may have the right to know, access, delete, and correct personal information; to opt out of sale or sharing; to limit certain uses of sensitive personal information; and not to be discriminated against for exercising these rights. To exercise them, use the in-app tools where available or contact support@sevenapp.ai.
Global Privacy Control: Seven does not sell personal information or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. Because the public website does not use non-essential tracking cookies or advertising pixels as of the effective date above, Global Privacy Control signals do not change the website's behavior. If our practices change, we will honor recognized opt-out preference signals where required by applicable law.
15.3 Other U.S. States and Jurisdictions
Where local law grants similar rights, including under other U.S. state privacy laws, we will honor those rights as required by law.
16. Third-Party Links, Websites, and Services
The Services may include links to, or interact with, third-party websites, apps, products, or services at your direction. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of third parties; your use of them is governed by their own terms and privacy policies.
17. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, including material changes to how we use data from connected accounts, we will provide notice as required by law, such as by updating the "Last Updated" date, posting prominent notice in the app or on our website, or contacting you directly. Where required, we will obtain your consent before applying new practices to your information. Changes are effective when published unless otherwise stated.
